Do I need to talk to sales?
No. Free, Starter, and Business are self-serve. You can start free, upload contracts, and upgrade when you are ready. Enterprise is available for SSO, custom agreements, or security and procurement review.
How quickly can we get value?

Contracts are stored in a private cloud bucket with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit. Each workspace is isolated at the API layer, PDFs are accessed via short-lived signed URLs, and AI parsing runs on Google Cloud — document content is not used to train models.

What counts as an AI parse?
Each PDF the AI reads and extracts terms from counts as one parse. Editing a contract, viewing it, or re-saving it never consumes a parse.
What happens if I go over my contract limit?
Nothing breaks — existing contracts stay tracked and alerts keep firing. You'll need to upgrade to file new contracts past the limit. Business plans add overage pricing at $1.50 per extra contract.
