Overview

Agreemium, Inc. ("Agreemium," "we," "us") provides contract renewal and vendor management software at app.agreemium.com. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information and customer content when you use our website and product.

Information we collect

• Account data — name, email, workspace name, role, and authentication identifiers from our identity provider.
• Contract content — PDFs and extracted fields you upload or forward to your workspace (vendor, amounts, dates, notice terms, and related metadata).
• Usage data — product events, device/browser type, and IP address for security, billing, and product improvement.
• Billing data — plan tier and subscription status via Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Communications — support emails and in-product messages you send us.

How we use information

We use collected information to operate the service, extract and store contract terms you approve, send renewal and billing notifications you configure, process payments, provide support, secure the platform, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

AI processing

Contract PDFs are parsed using AI models hosted on Google Cloud (Vertex AI). Document content is processed to return structured fields for your review. Customer document content is not used to train foundation models. You confirm extracted fields before they are filed in your workspace.

Storage and security

Contract files are stored in private cloud object storage with encryption at rest (AES-256) and TLS in transit. Each workspace is isolated at the API layer. Access is role-based (Admin, Editor, Viewer). PDF access uses short-lived signed URLs.

Subprocessors

We use trusted providers to run the service, including Google Cloud (hosting and AI), Stripe (billing), SendGrid (email), and Clerk (authentication). Enterprise customers may request a current subprocessor list and DPA.

Retention

We retain account and contract data while your workspace is active. You may delete contracts from your library or request workspace deletion by contacting support@agreemium.com. Backups roll off on a defined schedule after deletion.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information. Contact support@agreemium.com and we will respond within applicable legal timeframes.

Cookies and analytics

Our marketing site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand traffic patterns. The product uses session cookies required for authentication. You can control browser cookies through your device settings.
